Tuna Noodle Casserole

We don't eat tuna often but every now and then a tuna casserole sounds tasty. I came up with something a little bit different than we normally have.

* This is also excellent made with steamed and flaked Tilapia!

< made with tilapia, spinach instead of peas and homemade baked potato chips!

16 oz pasta
2 - 5oz cans tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup(homemade here)
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 TB dried parsley
1 cup peas
salt and pepper to taste
crushed potato chips
shredded cheddar

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and pour into a greased 9 x 13 dish with the peas.
Heat oven to 350
Mix cottage cheese and cream soup(I actually put it in the blender together)

Add tuna, parsley , salt and pepper.... Mix it all into the pasta.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.

Remove foil and top with chips and shredded cheese, bake 10 minutes more.
