Asparagus Chicken Roll-ups

I love asparagus, I love chicken....might as well put it all together!!!

6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
6 slices smoked provolone(you can do 12 if you like your cheese LOL)
18 stalks asparagus
garlic powder
onion powder(be VERY careful, it over powers fast)
red pepper flakes(may be omitted if you dont want the spice)
salt and pepper to taste

1 TB butter, melted
1/2 lemon
1 TB parsley

Preheat oven to 400
Cut off the ends of your asparagus and stick the stalks in a bowl of water, microwave for 1 minute until bright green and slightly tender.(You can do this on the stove top in boiling water, just dont over cook!

Place your pounded chicken breast on a flat surface, sprinkle with seasonings, to your taste preference.
Place on a slice of cheese then arrange 3 stalks over that. Roll each one up from the shorter end and place in a baking dish, seam side down.

Brush melted butter over the tops, then squeeze the juice from  the 1/2 lemon over that. Sprinkle with parsley.

Place in heated oven and bake 25 minutes until the internal temp reaches at least 165.
