Lemon Meringue Pie Cocktail

Remember my love of lemon? Yeah I think I found a new favorite drink!!






2 oz Pinnacle Whipped Vodka(I like a strong drink, you can go less if you like)
2 oz simple syrup*(more or less per you sweetness likes)
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
club soda
ice
dollop of whipped cream
sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs

mix vodka, syrup and lemon juice, pour over ice, fill with club soda, top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs


DRINK and ENJOY!!!



* Simple Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

bring to a boil and boil until sugar is dissolved.
Cool and store in the fridge
