Thai Chicken Pizza

We had a Papa Murphy's Thai Chicken Pizza a few weeks ago and it was delicious! Of course I had to try it out on my own!

Crust(super thin like the Papa Murphy's DeLite, you can use any recipe or premade you like though)

1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp yeast
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water and allow to stand for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add salt and flour , kneading until smooth and elastic.

Allow dough to rest, covered, for 20 minutes.

LIBERALLY spray a 16 inch pizza sheet, put dough on it and spray the dough a bit. Press dough to the edges, taking care not to tear it. Add a few more sprays if it is tearing.

Sauce it with 1/2 cup Sweet Chili sauce and sprinkle on about 1/4 tsp ginger powder.

Toppings:

1 large Chicken Breast, I season it with oriental seasonings and grill it, then shred it.
1 small zucchini, sliced thin
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 small white onion, sliced thin
1/4 small purple onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
red pepper flakes to taste
and a drizzle more of sweet chili sauce on the top

Top in order given, allow pizza to sit while you preheat your oven to 425.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
