Pumpkin Pie "Latte"

No espresso maker? Here is a great mock "double tall latte" for chilly October Mornings!


3/4 cup hot milk
1/4 cup ½  and ½
3 oz DOUBLE strength brewed coffee
1.5 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

sweetened whipped cream
a pinch more pumpkin pie spice




Blend milk, 1/2 and 1/2 , sugar vanilla and PP spice....(putting it in the blender until it is frothy is great but not 100% necessary)
Place in a large(remember this is a "tall" latte) mug and stir in hot coffee.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle of pp spice
