Easiest Fudge EVER!

I love fudge....but of course like many people sometime I dont have the time to make it.
I came across this SUPER easy fudge recipe and oh boy does it do the trick when I am craving fudge!

1- 12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips(approx 2 cups)
1/2-12 oz bag milk chocolate chips(approx 1 cup)
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk(homemade)
3 TB unsalted butter
1 tsp flavoring of your choice**
1 cup nuts of your choice(optional)

**flavor ideas: vanilla, almond, peppermint, orange, rum, lavender(make condensed milk with lavender sugar, or use lavender buds)

grease a 9 x 9 inch pan and line it with plastic wrap leaving a good 6 inches on either side, enough to cover the fudge

Heat the condensed milk, chips, butter and flavoring over medium low heat(in a double boiler if you have one, if not just watch CAREFULLY to prevent scorching)

Stir until the chips are melted and everything is smooth. Stir it nuts if using

Spread gently into the pan (top if desired**)and lightly cover with the ends of the plastic.

Chill until firm.
Using the plastic ends gently lift it out of the pan and slice into squares.

** topping ideas.....chopped nuts, crushed peppermint candies, orange zest, lavender buds.... be creative!!
